The first thing that happens is we collect feedback about your Emotional Intelligence using our360-degree tool. You answer some questions about yourself - and some other people (who know
you well) do the same.
We analyse this data and produce a feedback report that we talk you through on the first day of
the course. From this report you will clearly see your strengths and weaknesses. And, if you’re
interested, you can compare your EI to a target group of successful leaders and managers.
The focus of the first day is to help you to get your head around what EI is, and what the specific
issues are for you.
The second day is really about helping you identify what you want to work on and the concrete
next steps.
The course will help you understand that by developing your EI you can boost your own
effectiveness.
You will build on your self-awareness and understanding of the impact you have on others.
You’re not alone. You’ll learn the value of establishing an ongoing support system of peer coaching
to help you sustain your energy and focus
You’re not the only one to benefit. Your business will too.
EI helps employees work more effectively in today’s complex and highly matrixed organisational
structures.
Hay Group’s research shows leaders and managers with high EI levels create cultures of increased
satisfaction and lower staff turnover.
Which all contributes to bottom line results.
